Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in our products.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund for the value of the merchandise or an exchange. All items must be returned for a refund to be issued. Refunds are issued in the amount of the product price.

Where a Product is authorized for return, you can return it to Undercare under following terms:

  • Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days.
  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.
  • For any authorized return or exchange, we'll cover the return shipping for packaged being shipped from the lower 48 states using a carrier of our choosing.  You'll get a prepaid label from our Customer Service Team by email once you contact us.
  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift card are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from the Undercare website.  If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly or a return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used for payment.  Refunds are not available unless there is coordinating purchase history.  Product samples and free promotional products are not eligible for refund.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 30 days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received.  If we are not contacted within the 30-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

By Telephone:

Call Undercare at 917-746-2330. We will cover the cost of standard shipping for your exchange.  Upon receipt of your return, we will credit you for the cost of the returned items.

By Mail:

Place the items and completed Return/Exchange item in a secure package with the prepaid label attached.   Please allow one to four weeks for your return to be processed.  Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible upon our receipt of the returned item.

If authorized, you will receive a prepaid label for return/exchange.  Please do not send back any unauthorized items.
